Description: Monte Veltri is one of the peaks of the Col Gentile group and part of the mountain ridge dividing Gorto channel from Sauris basin. North walls are gentle grassy slopes, southeast side has steeper rocky walls and gullies. In winter with snow these walls are visible from Tolmezzo highway due to nice 'S' slope. Starting from beautiful Atipiano di Pani meadows between Enemozo and Raveo, ascend along Chiarzò stream under walls and 'Coladors'. No obligatory path to beautiful panoramic ridge and summit.
