The Ferrata del Monte Grona is an exceptional ferrata made of continuous towers but also escape routes; it's challenging but allows climbing. I wanted to try it thinking my shoulder was perhaps on the right path to healing, but the warnings I got during the ferrata made me give up and exit at the first escape route. Despite this, starting from Breglia the loop is very nice, and following my path you can do an hour of intense ferrata that can satisfy you, then decide whether to continue the ferrata or connect to the Direttissima trail that reaches the top of Monte Grona, thus concluding the day with a very nice loop.
