Description:
Vrtača is the 2nd highest peak of our longest mountain range. It rises to 2181 meters and offers hikers beautiful views both towards Austria and especially to our mountains, hills and valleys.
This time we headed to the summit of Vrtača from Ljubelj, via Zelenica, and ascended via the Y Ravine. We descended to the starting point via the J/W slope, and then stopped at Zelenica for some rides on 'trike bikes'...
