Highest point of the Alps entirely in Switzerland. First day ascent from picturesque Randa village to Dom hut. At dawn, normal route ascent along path on edge of lateral Festi Glacier moraines. Climb to Festijoch gap. Descend few meters to Hohberg glacier then long ascent on increasingly steep slopes to summit (with zero visibility).
