Description:
Erfurt is the state capital of Thuringia and has around 215,000 inhabitants. This makes it also the largest city in Thuringia. Architecturally, the city has a lot to offer: Erfurt Cathedral, St. Severus Church, Old Synagogue, and many other buildings show Erfurt's rich history. KIKA is based in Erfurt – this is evident from the numerous well-known figures in many corners of the city. The city has also produced modern-day famous personalities, the most famous is probably the musician Clueso.
