In truth, I was more apprehensive about climbing Mount Kenya than cycling Cairo to Cape Town. Mount Kenya is a serious mountain, at least twice the height of anything I've taken on in the past.

To find mountains as high as Mount Kenya, you'll have to look outside Europe. This was a serious climb.
