From Refugio Respomuso we tackled the ascent to the so-called most difficult three-thousander. We went up the normal route to Balaitous to divert towards Aguja d'Ussel, which we ascended via a series of traverses and chimneys. From Aguja d'Ussel (3022 m.) we had the entire ridge ahead to Balaitous (3144 m.), passing Torre Costerillou (3.049 m.). Beautiful day and unforgettable activity. It is our penultimate three-thousander.
