Training via ferrata by Alpin Live of the Brand Mountaineering School.
A via ferrata gem for people who love it short and crisp. The two key sections in the middle level left and the upper level right pack a punch and really provide fun. The descent is only possible via the via ferrata, so for the ascent choose the difficult sections (bottom left, middle left, top right) and for the descent the 'easier' sections (top left, middle right, bottom right). Of course, you can climb the tour as best suits you.
