Description:
Outdoor Tour 2014

Day 1:
We started at Bismarckgrotte near Rinnenbrunn for cave exploration.
100 years of cave traversal have left traces and significantly damaged it. The cave should only be visited with experienced cavers and proper equipment due to branches and some demanding climbing spots. Usually, the cave is traversed from the south shaft. After descending about 20 meters, you reach a sediment hall. Via a sloping tube, narrow passages and rifts, you reach the Gothic passages. Then you enter the largest room of the cave near the north entrance. The room is about 45 meters long, 10 meters wide and up to 15 meters high. From there, further parts of the cave can be explored, which are partly very narrow.
