The Monte Linas massif can be considered one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia from a naturalistic viewpoint.
The area offers a wide choice of hiking and canyoning itineraries. Among the latter, one route stands out particularly for its beauty. A series of beautiful waterfalls is known as Piscina Irgas, named after the tallest and most famous one, which at 40 m high is a major tourist draw. Slightly further downstream, the water flows between the walls of the majestic Gola D'Oridda, where a second series of three more rappels in a narrow S is possible.
