Description:
As every Friday we head out on a route, paths near the Almeria capital. This week the less experienced group planned a gentle walk in Toyo. I always think we need to raise the level a bit, especially to see how our body holds up. No need to overdo running or hit the gym hard. Just head to the countryside and sweat the t-shirt is enough.
