Description: We're putting on our sneakers again after a long period of rest and practicing other sports. The autumn and winter season I usually dedicate more time to other things, since this year autumn came very cold and I preferred to advance the preseason. We're working at home basically with strength training, stationary bike, etc. I usually take advantage when the weather gives a bit of truce and go out for a roll but without any stress since I have nothing ahead. For me it is very important not to focus all my attention only on running, since due to weather issues sometimes it's hard to go out training with the consequent frustration. That's why in this type of periods I dedicate more to the bike and other sports than to running itself.
