Thu, 05/12/2022 Canyonlands NP, Maze, Day 3, Maze Overlook - Beehive Arch
The night was restless; it was very stormy and we all got sandblasted in our tents. At 6:45 a.m. we get up and about 40 minutes later, after dismantling and stowing the tents, prepare breakfast. We discuss today's day again. We will adjust our plan and hike days 3 & 4 today. This gives us another day where we can leave the tent standing and shortens the period during which we have to carry water.
