Description: Baranie rohy is a massive sprawling peak known for its wide summit gallery. Its two peaks SE (higher) and NW rise at the beginning of a side ridge leading towards Lomnický štít and are separated by Barania Škára. Both peaks are already outside the main ridge of the High Tatras. It is separated from Vyšná Barania Strážnica in the main ridge by Barania priehyba and from Spišský štít by Baranie sedlo, easily passable from the side of Kotlina piatich spišských plies as well as from the side of Veľká Zmrzlá dolina. It offers interesting opportunities for summer and winter climbing ascents. In summer, it is particularly popular for the SW and S walls.
