Hochkalter traverse
Route approx. 22 km and 2000 hm. 7:30 hrs.
Ascent:
Opposite the parking lot begins the alpine road to the material cableway of Blaueishütte, which after about five minutes is joined by the path from Seeklause parking lot. Follow the serpentines with partly steep ascents on the right, before it goes downhill again behind Schärtenalm (1362m). Shortly before the material cableway of Blaueishütte, the ascent branches off to the left. Approx. 2 hrs to Blaueishütte.
