Description:
Start from the parking lot of the church in Barbarano Vicentino following trail no. 71 then immediately no. 75. Arriving at a chapel to the right to the Pozzetto fountain then we encounter the 'Albi', ancient necropolis of Barbarano. Continue uphill through the woods to an exit meeting a path lined with olives and vines; continue to a junction where we take for Monte Cengia, after about 400 meters, we encounter the overhanging wall of the 'Cengia di S. Giovanni' where some large covoli are carved. Via a steep passage we reach the highest summit elevation of the Berici (430 m.)
