Impressive and versatile Bike and Hike tour to Löffelhorn in Goms VS. From Geschinen on a well-rideable singletrail up to 2300m where the bike is deposited. Then on foot via Trützisee (last lake of the 9-lake hike from Grimselpass) into increasingly alpine terrain. Over large granite blocks, partly on the ridge in T5+ terrain to the imposing Löffelhorn 3096m. A fantastic panoramic view opens up from Bündnerland, over the Ticino Alps, Dammakette, Titlis, Finsteraarhorn, Galmihörner, to the Valais 4000ers like Täschhorn, Dom, Nadelhorn, Matterhorn, Zinalrothorn and Weisshorn. A grand tour to a rarely visited 3000er, as evidenced by the over 20-year-old summit register ;-) After a long descent in demanding block terrain, another 900hm by bike on fast singletrails down to the valley. What an experience!
