Description:
Žarnov (839.8 m a.s.l.) is a rugged peak in the Vtáčnik Mountains. It is located in the southwestern part of the range, above the village of Horná Ves. The summit is covered in mixed forest, but part of the peak forms a large crag that drops steeply on the southern side with rocky cliffs.
