Description:
Skakavac Waterfall is located 12 kilometers north of Sarajevo, above the village of Nahorevo. It is 98 meters high, making it the second highest waterfall in Europe.
Skakavac Waterfall originates from the stream of the same name that springs below Bukovik peak (1532 m), and flows into Perački stream. It is a geomorphological natural monument. The area of the protected zone is 1430.7 ha. It is located on Ozren mountain.
