Description:
The normal route to Burel, located in the Belluno Dolomites (Gruppo della Schiara), starts from Val Cordevole at about 450 m, near La Stanga locality, passes by Rifugio Bianchet and reaches the summit at 2,281 m a.s.l. The ascent is long and demanding, with about 1,800 m elevation gain, requiring excellent fitness and orientation to follow the sparse cairns and red marks.
