Seven days, seven challenging stages: Moderator Marco Schreyl cycles with a group of recreational athletes from Kahler Asten to the North Sea. They have a solid 500 kilometers ahead of them - between 50 and 110 kilometers daily on the bike. None are pros - between 35 and 62 years old - they ride even in headwinds, rain and hail. The tour goes through the hilly Sauerland, on unplanned detours through the Ruhr area, with Chinese accompaniment through Münsterland, through Emsland and past dyke sheep through East Frisia. At the destination in Pilsum, Germany's most famous lighthouse awaits.
