Beautiful levada hike on Madeira, past Caldeirão Verde and to Caldeirão do Inferno, with a beautiful waterfall.
The hike is about 7km long one way and must be returned the same way. You constantly follow one of the many old levadas, i.e. water channels, that were built on Madeira to supply fields and houses by the sea with drinking water.
