Kleinwalsertal is a picturesque valley in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. It is nestled between the Allgäu Alps to the north and the Lechtal Alps to the south. What makes Kleinwalsertal particularly interesting is its geographical peculiarity: although it is in Vorarlberg, it is only accessible by land from Germany. The valley is surrounded by Bavaria and can only be reached via a road from Germany through the nearby Oberstdorf.
