Description:
Monte Laucheck is a peak in Carnic chain north of Pal Grande/Pal Piccolo, east of Polinik. Tour mostly valley from Plöckenhaus after tunnel from Monte Croce Pass to Tshintemunt Alp Bassa, then steep forest to upper pastures. Due to snow conditions and safety ended at forest edge. Post heavy snowfalls magical, safe to hut even with snowshoes.
