Beautiful high-altitude hike in the green Agordino. A long walk above a ridge dividing Val di Gares and Valle di San Lucano.
Start from Gares location on trail 756 towards Casera Campigat (1804m). From the Casera, one can already admire the fantastic panorama towards Valle di San Lucano and the Agner peak (2872m). Continue towards Forcella Caoz (1942m) on trail 759, the long ridge leading to the pass at the foot of Monte Caoz (2294m). Casera ai Doff (1883m) is just a few minutes from the pass itself.
