Description:
First year of the #Chile6miles project, which seeks to climb and document the mountains over 6,000 meters in altitude in the Chilean Andes.
During the first year, we climbed 12 of the 37 mountains, which were: Ojos del Salado volcano (6,893 m), Parinacota volcano (6,342 m), Pomerape volcano (6,282 m), San Pedro volcano (6,145 m), San Pablo volcano (6,092 m), Peña Blanca volcano (6,018 m), Nevado San Francisco (6,018 m), Acotango volcano (6,052 m), Guallatiri volcano (6,071 m), Cerro Las Tórtolas (6,160 m), Cerro Marmolejo (6,108 m) and Tupungato volcano (6,570 m). The pursuit of these summits has led us to traverse the five regions of the country encompassing the six-thousanders, with the privilege of experiencing the diverse realities and landscapes surrounding them.
