Loop hike to Cima Cece starting near Malga di Valmaggiore.
The loop itinerary not only reaches Cima Cece but makes a nice tour touching Lago di Cece and Caserina, Forcella di Cece and Valmaggiore, Baito di Caserina, Bivacco Paolo e Nicola, and Malga di Valmaggiore. We are in the Lagorai Group and Cima Cece is its highest peak at 2754 m. The route is demanding due to length and elevation gain: trails are steep and partly on scree.
