Description:
Wonderful panoramic hike on the Latemar Group.
Cima Latemar is also known as Schenon, and at 2791 meters altitude it is the second highest peak of the Latemar Group.
The hike we propose is not for everyone, as it features some not-so-easy sections requiring certain skills: sure-footedness, no fear of heights, and minimal familiarity with alpine terrain. In particular: in a gully of dark rocks - grade I with slightly exposed passage -, on some ups and downs of grade I - somewhat friable rock - and two other short exposed sections.
