Great place, highly recommended. We drove by car up to Skuterre (though very bumpy road). At the end of Skuterre, go right uphill into the village (white ribbon on the fence as marking) to the last house. From there, a small path through bushy terrain, over a scree path, then quite steeply down to 'Syri i Ciklopit'. Sure-footedness, good shoes with good tread and some fitness required, but effort rewarded by the view. Don't forget swimwear. From Krrabba to Cyclops Eye, we took 1.5 hours. White ribbons as path markers repeatedly. Can't really get lost.
