Description: Here I leave my way of how I usually train descents on technical terrain. This doesn't mean it's the only one, but it's mine. In my humble opinion, descents must be trained, and every good trail runner should do it. It's also true, and I forgot to mention it in the video, that you need control and measure when descending. You shouldn't exceed your capabilities because you risk falling and getting hurt. If you're in a race, you must judge if it's feasible to push on the descent or save yourself for later. Anyway... as you'll see, there are multiple possibilities and it's you who must put them into practice. I hope you like it.
