Description:
Dreistecken (2382 m a.s.l.) is a mountain in the Rottenmanner Tauern. It is located in the ridge extending from Grosser Bösenstein mountain (2448 m) towards the northwest. Northeast of Dreistecken lies Gemeinsee lake (1949 m) and southeast Gefrorenersee lake (2076 m). We started at Edelraute Hütte, where we returned for the night. The second day we relaxed by Großer Scheibelsee. On the way home we cooled off in the Dr. Vogelgesang Klamm gorge near Spital am Pyhrn.
