Aerial images of Jôf di Montasio, 2754 m.sl.m., the highest peak in the Italian Julian Alps, the second highest in this alpine section behind Triglav in Slovenia. It is also the third highest mountain in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and dominates the plateau of the same name, known for the presence of malghe that produce the famous cheese.
