Description:
Eastern Tyrol is original and secluded. Austria offers lots of nature, peace, and friendly people. Ideal for hiking and relaxing. We visit Hohe Tauern National Park and go on a wildlife observation tour with a ranger at the foot of Großglockner. Up here, there is a magnificent view of the Ködnitz Valley and Austria's highest mountain. Fruit is grown on the Alpine slopes, which is distilled into schnapps in the valley. A distillery visit is worthwhile! Just like an excursion to Schloss Bruck in the East Tyrolean district capital Lienz.
