NRG-5 and F-100 are emergency foods from the German company MSI, one of the leading manufacturers of such special food used worldwide by many aid organizations and the military. Both can bridge supply gaps until food can be sourced locally again. But they can also provide helpful calories for outdoor tours. I show a combined preparation method.
