Wonderful day hike that unites the Dolomiti d'Ampezzo (Veneto) and the Fanes Sennes Braies Dolomites (South Tyrol).
From Malga Ra Stua (Dolomiti d'Ampezzo) along trail no. 6 that crosses Vallon Scuro and via Val Salata ascends towards Rifugio Senes. Thus entering South Tyrol, within the large plateau of Plan de Lasta where Rifugio Senes (or Ucia de Senes) is located.
