Description:
‘Finding Joy’ is based on a poem Jo Moseley wrote about the joy of tiny adventures in the hills and waves. Trail running, paddleboarding, bodyboarding, wild swimming and learning to surf have helped her find peace, courage and happiness after some difficult times. Having been inactive for over 25 years until she was 48, she cherishes these tiny adventures and is grateful for every one.
