From Pian delle Streghe to Cimone di Crasulina

Arrived at Cercivento we take the road to Pian delle Streghe which starts beside the Pieve di San Martino which climbs asphalted and narrow for 10.5 km, past the beautiful huts and the Ghiaton fountain we pass Pian delle Streghe to where the asphalt road ends, there we leave the car and start our ascent on a gravel road until we meet the CAI 154 trail. From here the open spaces are immense, the trail climbs in switchbacks through fairly high grass, but with always visible track and leads us first to Monte Tenchia (1840m.) and then crossing a very beautiful side section to Monte Zoufplan (1999 m) where there is the Meteorological Observatory. We continue on trail 154 towards the homonymous Laghetti which are located in a basin whose origin is linked to glacial erosion. Our path continues towards Cimone di Crasulina which we reach after passing the junction with the trail leading to Monte Terzo and Timau, the ascent is not finished because a fairly steep trail awaits us towards the summit cross of Cimone di Crasulina (2104m) which is the easternmost tip of the mountain ridge originating from Monte Crostis.
