Itinerary description:
1st Day
From S. Giacomo climb to Rif. Ellena Soria about 1.30 hours.
2nd Day
From Rif. Ellena Soria continue towards path M18 to the junction shortly after the white sign, right to Forcella Roncatti, past the pass cross glacier and climb to Colle S. Robert, from the pass climb the rocky massif on the left side, then follow the stone cairns and red paint markers, and thus reach the summit Gelas 3143m. The traverse is all downhill following the sharp ridges almost to Colle Maledia, then take the Maledia gully and descend to Rifugio Pagarì, and then to San Giacomo.
