This film is a great introduction to the FUNdamentals of Climbing 1 workshop (delivered by the BMC or Mountaineering Scotland) and Foundation Coach training (a Mountain Training course).

These two courses combine to offer you an opportunity to learn about what to coach and how to coach. They then need to be combined with a supervision qualification or site-specific accreditation to make sure everything you're doing is safe.
