Granite High Trail, orange route.
The Granite High Trail is a splendid ring traverse in the unique granitic island of the Cima d'Asta - Cime di Rava group, in the Lagorai Chain. The High Trail follows a network of ancient paths and former military roads dating back to World War I, connecting the only two shelters in the group. Three days of walking among stunning natural landscapes, harsh memories of the Great War, malghe and pastures, exemplary testimonies of the ancient pact between man and nature.
