Arrival the evening before at the Franzlbauerhütte hiking parking lot. After an extensive breakfast, hike from Bärental over Triebener Törl, Zirbenleiten and the north ridge to Großer Griesstein. Last 100 elevation meters with easy climbing over block terrain.
