This is a video I took from 2019 during my Appalachian Trail thru hike. I filmed myself doing the famous half gallon challenge at Pine Grove Furnace General Store. This challenge celebrates backpacking half way on the Appalachian Trail. Eating a half gallon of ice cream equals 4 pints.
