Description:
Time for a different, tough training without concessions to continue preparing for that vertical race we'll do this June. Today I had it all, lots of heat, sun, different climbs which we tackled in different ways to fine-tune that aspect. I also ran into the sheep of a local shepherd. The day and conditions were favorable except for the heat. In the middle of training and recording I get a call telling me a long bike ride awaits me after training. Anyway... very complete and fun training.
