Description:
Stol is at 2236 meters the highest peak of our longest mountain range. The ascent to it is very popular among mountaineers in all seasons. In winter it is also visited by many ski tourers.
In this ascent I headed to Stol from Valvasorjeva koča, via Žirovska pot, over Mali to Veliki Stol.
