Description:
The Hochalmspitze is at 3360 m the highest elevation of the Ankogelgruppe in the Hohe Tauern. As a counterpart to the Glockner, it is also called „Tauern Queen“ or „Tauern Princess“. In popular parlance, it is called Der Hochalmer. It lies east of Mallnitz in Carinthia.
