Start in Bischofshofen. Past the ski jump to Gainfeld valley end - over forest ridge to Arthurhaus and strenuous final climb to Hochkeil 1,300 Hm/22 km. Downhill over WW Hintere Sonnseite - on punchy gravel road to Arthurhaus access road - immediately turn again onto WW 'Erzweg' to Mühlbach. Again UH to Brennerköpfl and further Althausalm - Hubertuskapelle - direction Pronebenalm - turnoff Hochglocker - DH along forest ridge to Kohlmaißhöhe - down to Mitterberghütten and back to Bischofshofen
