Hoher Fricken Hike: On the signposted trail (sign: Kuhfluchtfälle/Walderlebnispfad) towards the mountain, straight through the forest along the stream to Hoher Fricken (marked). Soon cross the stream on a bridge and ascend steep terrain on the narrow path in switchbacks northwards.
