Description:
The 'Heumahdgupf' (1690m) is one of the lesser-known peaks of the Höllengebirge and lies between the 'Feuerkogel' (1592m) and the 'Alberfeldkogel' (1707m).
It is ascended rather rarely, but for that very reason ideal for the solitary and equally grandiose view of the Upper Austrian plateau and the Höllengebirge with its highest peak the 'Großer Höllkogel' (1862m). The Dachstein plateau is also wonderfully visible from here.
