Description:
The Urbeleskarspitze is the eastern main summit of the Hornbachkette in the Allgäu High Alps and is surpassed in this chain only by the Großer Krottenkopf as the highest Allgäu peak.
The ascent is from Hinterhornbach (1100 m) via the Kaufbeurer Haus at 2000 m, which is open on weekends in summer.
