Description: Today in the video we discuss how to recover after a training session. We must consider that we practice an impact sport. This means we subject our body to constant impacts on the muscles. Once finished, we need to dedicate time to recovery. As I always say, it's about running as long as possible, not running for a certain time. Another topic we cover is recovery aids. Currently, I'm taking a vegetable protein from the German brand Weider, which in my opinion is very good and perfectly suits my needs. Additionally, I show you some stretching exercises I do to prevent muscle injuries. But you know there are many more.
